These include payment processing partners (including providers operating Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, and similar Malaysian payment infrastructure), KYC and identity verification providers, fraud detection services, and cloud infrastructure providers. All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements and are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to peti4d.

6.2 Game Providers

Certain game data (including player session identifiers and bet amounts) may be shared with licensed game studios and live dealer providers whose games are available on the peti4d Platform for the purpose of game delivery and dispute resolution. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

6.3 Regulatory and Legal Disclosure

• Account data is retained for the duration of your Account and for a minimum of five years following account closure, as required by AML regulations;

• Support communications are retained for three years unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution.

Where retention is required solely to comply with a legal obligation, we will restrict processing of the data during the retention period and delete it securely upon expiry of the applicable retention period.

peti4d operates internationally and some of our service providers are located outside Malaysia. Where personal data is transferred to a country that does not provide an equivalent level of data protection, peti4d ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual protections such as standard data protection clauses. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfers where necessary for the provision of services.

If we become aware that an account has been registered by an individual who does not meet the age requirement, that account will be immediately closed and personal data will be handled in accordance with our legal obligations.
